## Job Description
To perform duties necessary to keep the physical structure, appearance, and systems of the Medical Center in good repair, including repair and preventative maintenance of the following systems and associated equipment: electrical systems, pneumatic systems, air conditioning systems, refrigeration systems, air compressor systems, air handling units, steam generating systems, emergency generator systems, fire pump systems, medical gas systems, kitchen and cafeteria equipment, laundry equipment, computerized energy management systems and patient care areas; painting and minor woodworking; complete work requests and other duties assigned by Maintenance Supervisor. Also, to act as security during normal working hours and special emergencies. All security will follow policy and procedure and be non-intervention type security.
