QOMPLX has released only limited public information about our technology platform and our business, so if there is a strong fit Job Summary The Integrated Marketing and Demand Generation Manager provides the vision for building digital and demand generation programs for QOMPLX. Partnering closely with Sales, Finance and the rest of the Marketing organization, you will draft the playbook, including strategy, reporting and overall program key performance indicators, for how we continue to grow market awareness, accelerate sales pipeline and meet conversion targets. Overall program focus areas will include campaign management, digital ads, corporate web optimization (website and SEO), inbound leads, email marketing, live events, social media, blogs Our ideal candidate is smart, analytical and has experience in high-growth, early stage technology organizations. Responsibilities Demand Generation Planning:
? Integrated marketing plan and metrics for the rest of the year combining various marketing lead activities with determination on what marketing mix works best for QOMPLX:
? Content marketing strategy (already created) ? Marketing campaigns (print and digital) ? Email ? Social media ? SEM ? Paid Media/Earned Media/Content Syndication ? Webinars ? QOMPLX hosted and industry events ? Direct Mail ? Define Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategy with Marketing team ? Work with ad agency to promote messaging or content marketing campaigns to social media outlets ? Review current webinar process and research best delivery platforms for webinars ? Review website and recommend revised structure for maximum demand generation ? Highlight POC, Demo, and restructure lead generation form ? SEO optimization / strategy ? Regular website analytics review and plan optimization ? Defining and segmenting customers to determine appropriate outreach strategies and target lists for campaigns ? Define Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and messaging for different personas ? Review Total Addressable Market (TAM) for alignment with sales pods ? Determine best sources to acquire targeted lead lists ? Working with the content marketing, product marketing, and sales teams to develop marketing campaigns such as nurture campaigns ? Ensure alignment of messaging across campaigns as well as input into inside sales scripts ? Own the marketing calendar and newsletter with a list of industry, vertical, and company events Demand Generation & Campaign Execution ? Implementation of demand generation and marketing campaigns and measuring results ? Creation of target KPIs per demand generation activity and working across teams to ensure lead generation goals are met ? Target number of leads by source, by campaign, and with Q / pipeline percentage ? Define marketing funnel - establish baseline reporting metrics and process for calculating / producing (MQL / SQL etc.) opportunities ? Collaborate on content type mapping with other marketing teams that is consistent with marketing funnel stages ? Evaluating and maintaining marketing databases, including Marketo:
? Create landing page for each campaign to track leads ? Review contacts in Marketo and determine baseline contacts ? Review lead scoring model and figure out strategy to move forward ? Setup nurture campaign structure to push leads through funnel with measurement ? Review newsletter framework and ability to segment list visibility from specific user groups ? Establish inbound lead response Service Level Agreements (SLA's) Qualifications ? Reside in the greater Washington D.C. area or able to relocate ? Bachelor's Degree or 5 years of relevant work experience ? 7
years driving B2B high tech marketing/demand generation programs ? Demonstrable proficiency with modern tools, technology and best practices in web, social media, content marketing, telemarketing, SEO and content syndication ? Advanced knowledge of best practices in demand generation, marketing automation and rules-based lead scoring/nurturing ? Strong competency in creating, writing and optimizing campaign assets ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on translating complex technical content into digestible, persona specific, impactful messaging ? Strong attention to detail with excellent project management skills ? Experience with administering Marketo ? Experience with administering Sprout Social or similar social media publishing tools ? Proficient with Mac applications, MSFT Office, CRM, SFDC, SalesLoft Compensation/
