Senior Technical Product Manager
Job Description Salary Range US Remote 144,000 - 208,000 USD per year Your Job As a Senior Technical Product Manager (or a Technical Product Manager), you will be a critical member of the Indeed Resume Search team responsible for scaling our sourcing product offering, loved and used by tens of thousands of recruiters across the world to engage with potential hires. You will set the vision and drive execution for the sourcing platform roadmap, including backend search capabilities and data science infrastructure, to unlock experimentation and return on investment (ROI) and return on effort (ROE) value for employers, working closely with your internal partners across the company in product, design, engineering, legal, privacy, sales, operations, and data governance. You will also be the driving force behind aligning with the rest of the Indeed ecosystem of employer products for a coherent end-to-end user experience. In this role, you will be leading the investments for our core capabilities around search and matching while taking care of an incredibly diverse set of job seekers and employers in unique markets world-wide and you will need to listen to voices from many different backgrounds and skill sets in order to be successful. You have a passion for building and enabling amazing experiences for customers by advancing core services and platforms, ensuring that companies constantly unlock synergies for their users instead of shipping a disjointed suite of products reflective of their org charts. You are excited about working with a variety of stakeholders to achieve this mission. You are able to move from big picture to technical details easily as you work through problems with engineering partners and stakeholders. You understand how high-velocity software development teams work, and how engineers think. Responsibilities Include :
Coach a team of product managers and make people around you more effective and productive Set a product vision and execute against it Identify and prioritize opportunities Define product goals and metrics Communicate well and influence colleagues and executives Who You Are 5-7 years of consumer or enterprise internet software product management experience Demonstrated ability to work across a large set of internal customers in technical and non-technical roles Passion for and knowledge of weaving together a consolidated user experience in a large, distributed organization Experience owning platforms or other similar technical products Experience with search, recommendations or personalization is preferred Who We Are We are a Product team driven by data, and focused on building the most popular job site on the planet.
